AWR Lloyd advised a large Indian steel group on its downstream steel acquisition strategy in Southeast Asia, focusing on two steel wirerod mill acquisitions in Thailand: one listed with around 0.5Mtpa of wirerod, annealed wire products and screw products output and one with 0.4Mtpa of wirerod output. The work included detailed valuation and strategic advice.
