Crisis and Risk Management

Lessons Learned from COVID-19 and Preparation for the Future

An increasingly important aspect of corporate management is risk and crisis management. From an ESG perspective, investors are keen to understand company policies, procedures and capabilities for anticipating and responding to increasing environmental and social crisis—from climate change to reputational risks. The COVID-19 pandemic has provided a test regarding the efficacy of company risk assessments and response capabilities, as well as the importance of public-private sector coordination.

In partnership with FHI 360 and SCG Packaging, AWR Lloyd and TMA held a webinar on Risk & Crisis Management on 2nd June to provide an overview of lessons learned in responding to the pandemic, what lies ahead as we accelerate to reopen economies, and how we can better prepare for the next crises.
